By accessing or using our websites or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use our services.

Who you are dealing with

These terms are between you and WiFi Life Now, LLC, which operates the brand AI Consultancy Edge (419 Luna Bella Lane, New Smyrna Beach, FL 32168). AI Consultancy Edge is a brand name only; WiFi Life Now, LLC is the party that contracts and invoices.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our websites, services, or programs.

By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

What the site is

The site describes services and lets you book a call. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance, a quote, or a guarantee of any result. Any engagement is governed by a signed proposal or statement of work, and where that document conflicts with these terms, that document wins.

The services

• Leak audit. A fixed-fee, scoped-in-writing diagnostic delivered over an agreed window. The deliverable is an intake map, the cost attributed to each leak, and a priority order.
• Implementation. Quoted after an audit. Exceptions require an ask.
• Custom web applications. Scoped and priced separately from the audit, in writing, before work starts.
• Fees. Fixed, invoiced as stated in the proposal. Expenses are agreed in advance.
• Your side of it. You provide timely access to the people, numbers and systems the work needs. Audit timelines assume that access; delay on your side moves the date, not the fee.

What we do not promise

An audit measures and prices a leak. It does not promise a revenue outcome. Any figure shown on this site describing a client result is identified as such and is specific to that client's circumstances; your result will differ. No professional advice (legal, medical, financial, regulatory) is given, and nothing here should be relied on as such.

Confidentiality

Each side keeps the other's non-public information confidential and uses it only for the work. We may describe the engagement in general terms (industry, problem, approach) but will not publish your name, figures or documents without written permission.

Intellectual property rights

All content published and made available through aiconsultancyedge.com, including text, graphics, logos, videos, documents, downloads, and digital assets, is the property of Wifi Life Now, LLC.

Content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

You own your data, your systems and your documents. For a custom web application, the code, repository, cloud accounts, credentials and documentation are set up in your name from day one, as the proposal sets out. Otherwise, we own our methods, templates, maps and tooling. On final payment for an implementation, you own the instance we delivered to you, as installed in your business. The audit fee is credited in full against the build. We retain the right to license the underlying system to others.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows: neither side is liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit or lost data; and our total liability on any engagement is capped at the fees you paid us for that engagement in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability for fraud or for anything that cannot be limited by law.

Term and termination

Either side may end an engagement on 14 days' written notice. You pay for work performed up to that date. Confidentiality, IP and liability clauses survive.

SMS program terms and 10DLC compliance

By submitting your phone number through our websites, funnels, forms, or scheduling tools, you consent to receive SMS messages from Wifi Life Now, LLC DBA-AI Consultancy Edge or website brands such as aiconsultancyedge.com.

These messages may include appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, account notifications, customer support responses, service updates, and promotional or marketing communications related to our products and services.

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our services.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.

Program: AI Consultancy Edge application and call texts. On aiconsultancyedge.com, texts start only if you tick the box on our application. We then text you from +1 239-347-9434 about your application and your call: a confirmation when you book, reminders before the call, and a short note if the call is missed or moved or your application is not finished. Ticking the box is optional and is never a condition of booking or buying. How we handle your number is in our Privacy Policy.

Opt-in consent

SMS consent is obtained through affirmative user action, including checking an opt-in box, submitting a form, or requesting information through our websites or funnels.

By providing your phone number, you agree to receive SMS communications from Wifi Life Now, LLC or it's brand aiconsultancyedge.com sites related to the purposes outlined above.

Opt-out instructions

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to +1 239-347-9434. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Messaging frequency may vary. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Carrier disclaimer

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Non sharing of mobile data

Wifi Life Now, LLC - DBA- AI Consultancy Edge does not share, sell, rent, or disclose your mobile phone number or SMS consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Mobile information is used solely for the delivery of the SMS services you have requested.

Service provider exception

We may share mobile data with subcontractors or service providers only as necessary to deliver SMS communications and operate our messaging program. This includes messaging platforms, telecommunications carriers, and technical service providers.

These parties are contractually obligated to safeguard your data and use it only for operational purposes.

Calls and recordings

Calls to +1 239-347-9434 may be answered by an AI voice assistant. It can answer questions, take your application and book a call. What it says is general information, not a quote, an offer or a promise; scope and price are fixed only in a signed proposal. Phone calls and video calls with us are recorded and transcribed, and you are told at the start of each call. If you do not agree to the recording, say so or hang up, and email us instead.

Accounts

If you create an account with us, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it as necessary.

Affiliate disclosure

Some pages or offers may contain affiliate links. Wifi Life Now, LLC may receive commissions from purchases made through these links. We are not responsible for third-party websites or their content.

Governing law

Florida law, and the state and federal courts sitting in Florida, unless the signed proposal says otherwise.
