Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026-10-30
This Privacy Policy applies to all websites, funnels, landing pages, applications, and services owned or operated by Wifi Life Now, LLC, including but not limited to aiconsultancyedge.com, wifilifenow.com, any subdomains or derivative domains using the aiconsultancyedge.com root domain, and any subdomains or derivative domains using the wifilifenow.com root domain, including associated funnels, forms, scheduling pages, and web applications.
Collectively, these properties are referred to as the Service.
By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the revised effective date.
Who we are
AI Consultancy Edge is a brand operated by WiFi Life Now, LLC, 419 Luna Bella Lane, New Smyrna Beach, FL 32168. WiFi Life Now, LLC is the legal entity; AI Consultancy Edge is not a separate company. For anything in this policy, contact [email protected] or +1 239-347-9434.
Information we collect
We may collect Personally Identifiable Information including full name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and billing details including credit card information.
This information is collected when you purchase products or services, fill out forms, schedule appointments, opt into marketing, or otherwise interact with our websites, funnels, or applications.
- What you give us. When you apply or book a call: your name, email, mobile number, company and website, and your answers to the application questions, such as your industry, your role, whether you can approve the spend, and your revenue band or build budget. The application is sent to us as soon as your contact details are complete, so one you start but do not finish still reaches us.
- What you tell us on a call. When you call our line or join a video call with us: what you say, the number you call from, and the recording and transcript of the call (see Calls and recordings below).
- How you found us. If you arrive from an ad or another site, your browser keeps the campaign tags (UTM), the ad click ID and the referring page for 30 days, on your device only, and sends them with your application so we can tell which ads and pages bring inquiries. While you apply, your answers are also saved in your browser so a refresh does not lose them: for 30 days, or 3 days after you book.
- What the server sees. Like every website, our host records the request: IP address, browser type, page requested, and time. These logs are used for security and kept short.
- What we do not collect. No government IDs, no patient or client records, no special-category data. Do not send those through the form.
Third-party and transaction data
When using the Service, we may collect transaction data from integrated third-party providers such as payment processors, accounting platforms, and invoicing systems.
This may include platforms such as Stripe, PayPal, QuickBooks, or similar providers.
We may also collect browser data, IP address, device information, usage activity, and user-generated content uploaded to the Service.
Information relating to your customers or clients processed through our systems is considered Third-Party Client Information and is treated as confidential.
Why we use it
To reply to you, to confirm and remind you about your call, to prepare for the call, to send the proposal you asked for, and to keep a record of the work. We do not sell your information. We do share limited technical identifiers with Google and Meta so our ads can be measured and shown to people who have visited. California law counts some of that as "sharing"; the Cookies section tells you how to stop it.
Who else touches it
We use a small number of processors, each under contract, each limited to the job:
- Cloudflare — hosting, CDN, security, cookieless analytics, and Turnstile, which checks that an application comes from a person and not a bot, using technical signals from your browser.
- GoHighLevel — CRM, booking calendar, email and text delivery, and the AI voice assistant that answers our phone line.
- Google Workspace — email, calendar, and Google Meet video calls and their recordings.
- Google — tag management and analytics.
- Microsoft Clarity — heatmaps and session replays that show how visitors click and scroll. Anything you type, and everything shown inside the application, is masked before it leaves your browser.
- Meta Platforms — advertising measurement.
If we add a processor, this list changes before the data flows.
SMS, A2P and TCPA compliance
When you provide your mobile phone number through our websites, funnels, forms, or scheduling tools, you consent to receive SMS notifications, appointment reminders, transactional messages, customer support messages, and promotional or marketing communications from Wifi Life Now, LLC.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier plan.
SMS communications are used to provide updates, alerts, account notifications, appointment reminders, promotional offers, and customer support related to our products and services.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/ affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by texting HELP for HELP, or STOP to UNSUBSCRIBE. For assistance, reply HELP or contact our support team directly.
Your mobile information is used solely for the purpose of delivering the SMS services you have requested.
We may share your mobile data only with subcontractors or service providers that support the technical delivery of our SMS program, including messaging platforms, carriers, and customer service software providers. These partners are contractually obligated to protect your data and use it only for service-related operations.
On aiconsultancyedge.com, texts start only if you tick the box on our application. AI Consultancy Edge then texts you from +1 239-347-9434 about your application and your call: a confirmation when you book, reminders before the call, and a short note if the call is missed or moved or your application is not finished. Ticking the box is optional and is never a condition of booking or buying. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.
We keep a record of when and where you agreed and the exact wording you agreed to. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The full texting terms are in our Terms of Service.
Calls and recordings
Calls to +1 239-347-9434 may be answered by an AI voice assistant that speaks for our founder, Jason Sims. Phone calls and video calls with us are recorded and transcribed so that what you tell us reaches the founder accurately and so that you can receive a written summary afterwards. You are told at the start of each call. If you would rather not be recorded, say so or hang up, and email [email protected] instead.
Cookies
The site uses Google Tag Manager to load measurement and advertising tags from Google and Meta. These set cookies that show us which pages and ads lead to inquiries, and let us show our ads to people who have visited. You can block them in your browser or with a content blocker without losing any part of the site. When you start, finish or book an application, the page tells those tags which step was reached, never your name, email or number.
We also use Microsoft Clarity, which sets cookies to see how visitors move through the site: where they click, how far they scroll, and where they leave. It masks what you type and what the application shows, so your answers and contact details never reach it.
To stop the advertising side specifically: Meta ad settings at facebook.com/adpreferences, and Google ad settings at myadcenter.google.com. Cloudflare may also set strictly-necessary security cookies; those are not used to track you across sites.
We do not run ads in the EU or UK. If that changes, a consent banner and Google Consent Mode will be in place before any tag fires there.
How long we keep it
Inquiry records, including applications, call recordings and transcripts: 24 months from last contact. Client records: as long as the engagement plus the period our accountant and insurer require. Server logs: 30 days or less.
Your rights
If you are in California, you have the right to know what we hold, to correct it, to delete it, and to opt out of sale or sharing (we never sell; the limited ad sharing is described under Cookies, and blocking it is free and needs no request to us). Elsewhere, we honor the same requests. Email [email protected] with "privacy" in the subject and we will respond within 45 days. To stop texts, reply STOP to any of them.
Security
TLS everywhere, restricted access, no client data in email bodies where it can be avoided. No system is perfect; if a breach affects your data we will tell you as required by law.
Children
The site is for businesses. It is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, the date above changes and, where we hold your email, we will tell you.
